Profession tax

We have a company in Bangalore, which is registered for Profession Tax. In April 2012, we started a branch in Kochi. Is it necessary to register for PT in Kochi also. We may mention that all the employees are in rolls of the Bangalore Head office. Please let us know, if we are required o register in Kochi also?

if all salary are provide by the banglore office than not required...

Should you mention all employees are based in Bangalore then it's not required to register again in Kochi.
