an employee resigned from an organization
and joined 2 months back in the same organization.
earlier he has been under the provident fund provision.
after rejoining he got new appointment letter
and as his basic salary is more than rs 6500/-per month,he does not want provident
fund provision
can he do so?
earlier also he was getting more than rs 6500/-per month as basic salary

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am a PCC student. I was passed a CPT exam in June 2007 and also registered my articleship training and PCC registration. Also I was give the examination of PCC in 2009 and 2010 i. e. 3 attempt, but in some hard luck situation I was not passing out the PCC exam. During the articleship training some conflicts were arises in me and with my CA. So, my articleship completion date goes out last July 2011 but I am not getting the article completion certificate. During that time I was passing a DTL & GDC&A examination a part time courses.
I am wanting to appear a CA examination. Please give me a suggestion on that situation.

if anyone completed articleship and also he is a qualified charterd accountant but dont have any great knowledge in articleship as there it was no good exposure can he do articleship again without informing institute, and also can he hide from the firm that he is a qualified chartered, can he only tell that he is an inter ca pls reply
