I file IT return regularly without maintain books of account, now my question is can i obtained Cash credit from bank on the basis of my IT Return.

As we have changed the address of the branch of the CA firm, we want it to be updated in the website of the ICAI also. So please suggest the procedure.

Is RBI Extended the date for use of non CTC Cheque?

As per RBI Circular No.RBI/2012-13/280DNBS.PD/CC.No.308/03.10.001/2012-13 dt.06.11.2012, NON CTC Cheque will not be valid from 01.01.2013. I heard that RBI Has extended the above date to march-13. I request to kindly assured me the same with appropriate RBI Refrence if any.
