I am a student of ca final.my exam has been due in November 2014.
I had a query about whether company law is going to be change fully?.

Hi
I will suggest you to read the existing Companies Act, 1956. Wait and watch for new Companies Act, hopefully in 2014 a new Act will be applicable to CA students, if passed by Parliament.
