Can anybody pls provide me with the Due Date chart for various tax compliance as applicable to a pvt. ltd. company for the F.Y:2013-14?

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
One of our client which is Pvt ltd company dealing in confectionary business, in which major amount which need to be invest as a capital procure from out of india (all this through automatic route) by NRI (Resident of Russia)
But while readout the Master Circular issued by RBI in regard to FDI amended upto 12/Feb/2013 we came to know that there is no discussion of confectionary business.
How can we dealt the same?
Do anyone know the proper procedure? Whether this amount repatriable or not?
That NRI became shareholder in our company.
Its an Urgent.

we had Incorporated a Pvt. Ltd. firm in Nov. 2011 with 3 Directors with Equal Shares between the directors.
in May. 2012 we had clashes between the directors and i left the operations with out taking the share and gave the resignation letter from the board of directors but the other directors didn't accept my resignation and in sep. 2012 they have filled some IT returns in MCA21. and i dont have acces to those documents nor they have informed me about the IT returns filling.
How can i get those return copies so that i can fill my personal returns this year?

I have been trying to upload FORM-1.Upon prescrutiny ,following error is displayed
"Since withdrawal process is pending for name against Form 1A SRN,hence form cannot be filed".
Kindly suggest the solution for such an error

I cleared my ipcc exam's in Nov 2012 and i would be joining for articleship in feb 2013.so when would i be eligible for writing the final exam's?? and will the dates remain the same if i join in march?

during my second year i again want to take take transfer due to my personal reason can i do so as my principal is ready to give transfer???

is tere anything that the reason for second transfer should be veryy strong???
