How I will reset my password and able to get new password in my current mail address . The system generated password is going to registered mail address which is not possible to access by me. Please help me.

I got this remark from ROC-Kolkata, While Incorporating a company
1. Witness did not mention how many signature he/she witnissed.
2. Pls furnish copy of registered ownership deed and a title search report by a competent lawyer for registered office address.
3. Pls furnish an affidavit sworn before first class magistrate/notary from subscribers/first directors to the effect that proposed company/director shall not accept deposit unless compliance with provision of Companies Act 1956, RBI Act 1934, SEBI Act 1992 and rules / regulation made there under

HI all,

Wealth Tax return of FY 2010-11 has not been filed so far. Now sec 15 of the Wealth Tax Act states that belated return can be filed upto 1 year from the end of the relevant assessment year, which means in this case FY 2010-11 wealth tax return could have been filed till 31-3-2013. But since the assessee failed to file the return can he file it now ,if yes then under which section? OR should he wait for some notice from wealth tax authorities for non filing of return,

Its been around 3 months now there is no letter of discrepancy from the institute nor for confirmation of the registration..I want to know if i deposit the draft now whether my date of registration ll b from d date mentioned in d form or from d date of dd??
