Plz tell me that whether I need to deposit fees for the form downloaded from net and submitted to the ICAI because ICAI sell these kinds of form for money. form like 102 103 112 109

Only for CPT application form you have to deposit application fee along with registration fee, for all other forms no fees prescribed by ICAI it is free of cost,
Note: But form 102 & 103 you downloaded from Net then you didn't get Student Identity card, So for Student Identity card you should be purchase form 102 & 103 from the ICAI or its branches by paying cost.
