Hello evryone,
I have uploaded a original return for a.y. 2013-14 with tax payable in it and after that I paid tax to dept. and thn uploaded a revised return which i did wrng as a return cannot be revised if filed aftr due date. But the revised return also contain tax payable in it. But i have not sent both of this return to Banglore.
So I want to know what i need nxt to do... pls I need urgnt help as last date offiling return is comng close.

i have incorporate trading firm i have some doubt regarding vat/cst/lbt.
1)VAT/CST:- if i am in start phase i am not liable for vat/cst registration if i purchase goods from other state how could be the invoice structure without vat and cst . can i purchase or i should register for provisional basis ?
2)LBT:- i am planing to run eCommerce website for selling goods if some one purchase goods from my website and i have to ship it in to lbt zone then should i liable to pay lbt.

My articleship period ended on 26/02/2014 .excess leave comes around 23 days. i have served this period .but fails to file up form 107. is it required franking or executed on non judicial stamp paper, now how will i file back dated?how i show to ICAI that extension period served from 27/02/2014 to 22/03/204? please help me...what should I do in this situation?plz reply

Hello everyone... This is Akshay... I am pursuing my CA articleship right now and simultaneously applied for B.COM from IGNOU through an MoU between the ICAI and IGNOU. Under this MoU I will be given a 3 year degree in a single sitting of examination that too in distance mode. Will this B.Com degree be sufficient for bagging a seat for MBA abroad in reputed universities? Do they recognize under graduation in distance modee from IGNOU? plz answer me.....
