Hello evryone,
I have uploaded a original return for a.y. 2013-14 with tax payable in it and after that I paid tax to dept. and thn uploaded a revised return which i did wrng as a return cannot be revised if filed aftr due date. But the revised return also contain tax payable in it. But i have not sent both of this return to Banglore.
So I want to know what i need nxt to do... pls I need urgnt help as last date offiling return is comng close.

submit the original return's ITRV before 31 March 2014.
since it will be showing tax payable, you will get a 139(9) notice...pay the remaining tax against it...

Can i again file a original return as i have not sent previous one to CPC, ao that old one got cancelled.

even if it got cancelled, through online you cannot file 139(1) or 139(4)...you will have to file a revised return only.
So better do as suggested above because the due date for sending ITRV has been extended..therefore your original return is no more cancelled.
