Father gives insurance policy of 2 lac single premium and vehicle (2wheeler-Activa) of rs. 50K to his daughter after married. It can be considered as a gift or not? policy n 2wheeler both in the name of daughter.

IF HOUSE WIFE GET CASH GIFT FROM HIS PARENTS/BROTHER/SISTER AND SAME ACCUMULATED AMOUNT DEPOSITED IN BANK. IT IS COMPULSORY TO SHOW IN HIS RETURN OR NOT?

the certificates of cpt,ipcc,itt contains the name tulasiram. i want to change name in the certificates(cpt,ipcc,itt) as narendra. is it possible. or ineed to study again from the cpt?

know a days few customer are asking for the ca letter to represent in bank regarding that they are importing software from china and hongkong and the have received the copy of software through cloud cloning but the imported has to provide a c/a certificate with the performa invoice for proceeding the process of the remittance so can any one suggest me the best format of hat letter as the bank is not to much interesting in giving the format of same

sir i have submitted my form 109 as at 28.2.2014 but till the date i did not received any letter regarding transfer of firm, i call MUMBAI office-article section but they did not picked up the call

after married brother can give gift to her sister? around Rs.1 lac or more in cash?

I had given icmai final group 1 exam dec 2013..bt I cudnt clear...I have also applied for reverification...results for reverification are out..last updation on such result is 11/04/2014 and my verification status is showing that my verification is in progress..so can u please tell me the date of next updation on such verification?
