Our company head office in Maharashtra and other office at Gujarat if salary paid at Gujarat than which state PT rules applicable. But company does not register at Gujarat professional tax Act.

Form 108 for completion of articleship in ca
Hello friends
I have been completing my articleship on 18th aug. so that i have some query regarding this,
1)only form 108 will be filed for this?
2)I have done my articleship under 2 CA firm at the time of 2nd time registration i have submit form 109, so right now i have mention the details of 1st CA also in form 108, if not then there is any requirement for giving the details of 1st CA in form 108.

Dear Sir,
In the budget FY 2014-15 PF contribution limit has been increased from Rs.6,500/-.
I would like to know the effective date when employer/employee needs to contribute PF as per current budget provisions?
