I wanted to know that i want to shift to direct entry,i have fulfilled the required criteria as well,but i have also filled nov 14 examination form,so now i want to start with articheship and would like to skip the attempt so can i start with my articelship under direct entry?

I am a CA Final student having cleared 1 st group in Nov 2011 and applied for revalidation this January 2014.
My query is that whether in any case my clearance of 1 st group will get cancelled due to my revalidation or whether there is any other way by which my 1st group clearance can get cancelled.

Have following query on a transaction between foreign Parent Company(PC) situated in USA and Indian (100%) Subsidiary (IS).

The PC has directly made the payments to the vendors and employees (salary) of the IS in India during the financial year.

Ideally, the PC should transfer the money to the account of IS as share application or otherwise and upon receipt of such money, IS should utilize it for the purpose of release of payments to its suppliers / employees as the case may be.

In the above instance, due to payments being released by the PC to the suppliers/employees of IS in India, any provisions from FEMA/RBI perspective need to complied with. Whether this will be treated as loan attracting ECB provisions?

Is it required to seek permission from icai if we want to join CA articleship in our final year of regular course graduation which will get over in may as last date for articleship registration is 30th april.
i have cleared my IPCC last year only but did not join articleship as i wished to complete graduation in a regular course
plz suggest me what to do. my final year exams are in maun 2015

I am doing my articleship right now. Now i have completed exactly 1 year and 7 months. If i want to change my firm can i do so right now or do i have the option only at the end of my articleship.

Member of ICAI(CA Practioner)can hold LIC agency.

Sir i cleared both the groups of ipcc in may 2014 attempt and want to start my articleship .My college principal has refused to sign on form 112 . Is it okay if we submit the form later ? please help.
