I had not done franking and stamp on 102 Form within specified time limit within one month from commencement of Articleship.
And now almost 10 month gap between 102Form and Stamping in Form 102,
ICAI has demanded the stamping done within 30days from the commencement of articleship,

Now E-stamping facility has been introduced by Govt sothat back dated stamp not possible,

What can I do now??

Any solution for that Kindly tell the solution if anyone has.

I currently hold two ICICI insurance policies, Life Time Classic and Future Perfect & I have been paying premiums of Rs 5000 & Rs 2556 respectively since November 2019. However, I am now considering the possibility of discontinuing these policies and redirecting the funds towards partially repaying (Principal amount) my housing loan.

Our organization has been closed after 10 closed but we haven't surrender yet PF Code number.

So do we have to file Nil return in PF until it is finally surrendered ?

If yes how much amount we have pay in monthly nil return filling.

I joined articleship on 22nd Jan,2024 and I submitted form 112 on 6th feb,2024.But it is not approved till date.Form 103 shall be submitted with ICAI Within 30 days of commencement of articleship.But it shall not submitted without approval of form112.
It is going to be 30 days from commencement by 21st Feb,2024.I am unable to submit form 103
as 112 is not approved yet.
What shall I do now ?

Let's suppose builder wants to make payment to it's supplier of Rs. 10 lakh and he already submit form 3 with bank for withdrawal of funds from designated account.

bank accept form 3 and allow to withdraw Rs.30 lakh. Now builder want to use 10 lakh from designated account then here builder can make payment of RS 10 lakh directly from designated account to suppliers bank account or he need to transfer 10 lakh to his other account and then make payment to supplier bank account.
