A lawyer send me a notice to my client for using the word khadi in indiamart. My client was using the word khadi for showing the purpose of quality of cloth not for the purpose of using trademark word khadi. Lawyer is saying to delete the word khadi from website and also pay the amount of Rs. 15,000 as notice charges..
My query is what shoud i do??

I have joined a company, and as per CTC, a certain amount as Gratuity component is also included. Every month there is Gratuity & Bonus included, but not paid with salary. As per my knowledge, I am supposed to received full CTC amount after completion of 12 months (subjected to deductions). If i am not getting this Gratuity amount every month, I must receive this amount at the time of leaving this company, as company has already deducted this from my Salary. But company is saying, you will get it if you leave company after 5 years only, otherwise it will be forfeited.

Please advise.

sir one of my client taken personal loan from citi finance in 2006 and he paid 20 emi's out of 36 emi's, after 2008 no one came to collect emi, but now he wish to get vehicle loan and his cibil score showed him as defaulters and as lender kotak bank name shows with balance amount
now he wish to pay so please guide how to resolve issue and his cibil will improve

The limit for filing of form 15 CB is payment or aggregate of such payment exceeds Rs. 5,00,000.
The threshold limit of Rs. 5,00,000 is per person or aggregate of all persons? Kindly clarify it with quoting respective section number or rule number.

I've been wondering that If we can wear military hats and caps at a function which is being held by group of the army. Do they allow to wear uniforms and hats which are considered as official? I really want to look like an army person in that event. Do let me know if anyone has a clue.

in 2012 my friend established a partnership firm as authorised signatory, under VAT registration made FD as surety in Bank of India, after 5 years they shut the business in 2018
but in form 26As of my friend shows Fd since 2017-18 bank also confirm FD but my friend do not have account their do not have any document related Fd
how to get refund(if he opened saving account in same branch possible to transfer FD on his name)
please advise appropriate way to resolve issue
