I have completed my CMA recently . so i want t know whether a graduation degree is compulsary for getting a job . I have heard that it is compulsary to have a graduation for getting a job.
And i even want to know that whether it is compulsive even in a private sector industries.

My name is Sachin Biradar. I've completed my articleship on 29/07/2016. While filling form 108 i filled wrong of both commencement and completion. Actual starts from 30/07/2013 and ends on 29/07/2016 but in filled 31/07/2013 to 31/07/2016. Institute has sent me letter to confirm the dates of commencement and completion within 15days. So how can I confirm them. Please kindly suggest me.

My wife has won a flat in a lucky draw contest organized by a leading news paper.
the organizers of the draw contest are demanding around 3.5 lacs for electricity charges,infrastructure charges,sundry expenses ,legal charges and registration charges + vat etc.
As a winner of the contest out of the above what charges are to be borne by us and rest with organizers,specifically do we should bear electricity charges=Rs 75,000,infra ,sundry ,legal charges etc.
Pl suggest.
