transfer of articleship in first

My first year compleated on 15-sept-16
but my Ca not signed form 109 snd they give transfer on one condition that they give adverse coment on my attitude,experience whether this affect my future.
please guide on this matter

Generally it will not effect but yes if he writes any thing adverse then query will be raised
If he is writing all this in angrerness then u should write the same to icai.
