One of my friend purchased lucky drawn ticket in sharing with other friend and both are working in Qatar. Now they got money from lucky drawn and sharing the price money equally between them.

They are maintaining NRE account in India and they wants to send this money that NRE account. One person have proper documents for source of money as he is purchase that ticket in his name. Please explain is any problem will come from India if that second person transfer the money to his NRE account in India.

Since he doesn't have any valid documents for this source of money.

Sir i have deposited tds in 94j of rs. 20000/-. But in this 20000/-, rs.4000/- was to be deposited in 94c & 15000/- was to be deposited in 94j. By mistake total amount of rs.20000/- deposited in bank in 94j. Is there any solution?? Please help.

I am trying to upload the MSPT return. I have downloaded the return template from New Automation and duly filed in all the details. However, while uploading the return, i am getting the following errors: 1) Error while file upload 2) At least one BRF message of type W, E, A or X occured 3) Balance payable should not be more than zero. (Please note: the balance payable is not more than zero) Kindly help me to understand the above errors so that I can upload the return at the earliest.
