Recently I have attended two days workshop on REITs conducted by NISM. In this regard, just wanted to know whether this is eligible for CPE Hours credit.

If yes, Please advise how to claim this credit and whether It will fall under Structured or Unstructured category.

Hi I am CA, cleared in Nov 2007.I have been working as Insurance agent from August 2007. Now I have a doubt that can I, as a CA, continue my agency of insurance or not? Whether professional etics is applicable? Or if I want to continue my agency, then Can I get membership number or COP?

Suppose one person is exporting goods of Rs. 30,00,000 p.a. Is he entitled to DEPB. If yes, how much ? To whom he should contact for Availing DEPB credit ? Can he avail any cash assistance as an export incetive from DGFT etc. ?
