Our company is into chain of fast food resturant, it wants to open a food technology training institute to impart training to candidiates in fast food sector.

Can anyone help me by proving the formalitites to open an Institute of such type and any affilation required for this purpose.

I'm also searching for the same. Please provide the detail on urgent basis.

i am a LIC agent for the last years. i have completed my target of 5 years only in these 2 years. sir , i just want to know after how many years ,if we surenderd our agency ,our renewal commission will not be effected. as in my case if i surrenderd after 3 years as ( completed target of 5 years in 2 years) my renwal commission will be given to me or not?

I have passed my PE-2 examination in may 2007 but due to my house financial problem,I could not registered for final course.I get a job in ICFAI BUSINESS SCHOOL,Gurgaon as an INTERNAL AUDITOR.But now I want to continue my CA Final,I want to confirm is it possible to continue the same. Pls tell me what are the consequances of leaving the job without notice?

I did not sign any bond but i signed my appointment letter according to which i have to give 45 days notice or equivelent amount i lieu of notice.

I Know legally they can force me to pay the amount if the notice period is not served.

BUT the BIG ques is:can they make any complaint in ICAI or anything which wud be harmful for my CA Membership?

what are the basic requirements and fees structure? At present, I am in Pondicherry.
I am completed BBA- Graduation & M.Com (1 paper to be cleared). I am working in a private concern as Accounts Officer. Somebody told me for doing CA, I have to go training under Auditor. That is why, i am asking this query.
