i started my articleship in auguest 2008 & afterwards convert myself from pcc to ipcc
in january 2009. and my 1st group of ipcc cleared in november 2009 .sir now i want to change my ca. but i havnt any valid ground as prescribed by icai rules regulation 56(1).i have problem from outstation travelling.
please suggest me........

MY ORIGINAL ATTEMPT IS IN NOVEMBER 2011. DUE TO CHANGE IN RULES, NOW MY ATTEMPT BECOMES IN MAY 2011. SHOULD I GIVE ANY GROUP OR NOT. IF YES WHICH ONE IS PREFERABLE. PLEASE GUIDE ME AT EARLIEST SO THAT I CAN START MY STUDIES.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are pvt.ltd. company registered in India incorporated in 2006. We are subsidiary company & have share capital of two foreign companies.

Can we remove the share of one company out of two which is only of Rs. 10/- & transfer this share to existing company & make that company 100% share holding company ?


Pls advise. pls advise the procedure also.

An employee joined a company on 01.05.2005. His age was 55 at the time of joinig. It is the polict of the Company to retire an employee on 58 years. The employee attained 58 years on 30.06.2008. The company asked him to cotinue and he contiued till 30.11.2010. Is the employee entitled for gratuity.

I have query on Road Permit?
I have send material to job worker in Indore from Maharastra by paying road permit in the name of Job worker. Now in sale do I have to pay road permit again in the name of Customer? or how can material be sent to customer without road permit in same state?
