how to study economics of cpt? I am finding it difficult. Which books i should refer?

Iam a CA final student and I have passed my IPCC Group. Presently Iam persuing articleship in firm where there is not enough exposure to learn. I would like to know about the industrial training ,when I will be eligible,what are the terms and conditions and which firms are eilgible to provide industrial training and name the best 10 and also I would like to know about the secondment.Pls reply

our company is in karnataka, We purchase goods from chennai , some of the goods were rejected and we have to sent it back to chennai, in this case if we have to make a seperate invoice in our format to sent back the goods or we have to send a debit note to the supplier with material, is any tax we have to impose on such goods. it is a cst transaction.

I had some issues with my principal and since 3rd august 2010 he aint leeting me attend office..then i had applied for tranfer in the institute but somehow it got rejected and i got a letter frm institute along with a copy to my principal stating that i have to continue my articleship training under him. but still he aint allowing me.i have appeared for my pcc in nov,10 results awiting. m tensed abt my articleship and also abt my final coz my principal wont sign my form. plz help..wad shud i do

1. Whether a CA can become a Trustee/Member of a Social Chartiable Trust though he is an auditor of the Trust or not?


2.Whether a CA can contest in any Assembly Election?

can any of the above attracts CA disqualification?

i have given nov.10 this is my 3rd attemt even i m not sure about my result i dont want to quit what should i do i studied very well in 1.5 month sep to oct but before exam day i am not able to revise my study and most of the part remain.so i m not confident about my exams please suggest proper way should i quit
