I'm doing final yr of bcom. I want to do provisional registration for ca inter but I have backlogs in my second yr . So now can I still do provisional registration with my 1 st yr and 2 ND yr marksheets ? Or I shld clear all subjects of my 2 yrs of bcom for eligible to provisionally register? Plz do help me ?

Dear Sir,

My dad was was running a CA Partnership firm formed in the year 1992 consisting of 2 partners. My dad expired and hence the partnership firm got dissolved.

How to surrender this firm through ICAI as the second partner is not able to surrender his membership number on icai site and getting an error message that he is a partner in the firm, hence cannot surrender.

Please help me how can I resolve this issue. The second partner wants to surrender his membership number as he is no longer in practice.

1. The members' club may be an unincorporated society or may be registered under the Indian Companies Act, or Societies Registration Act.

I wanted to know how we can form an unincorporated society as per Indian laws to run the Society Club House. Any guidance on this matter would be really appreciated.

1.When I submitted the Form2 of LLP . I got resubmission for Registered office address proof . I attached the electricity bill issued by the society. Now I attached the Airtel fixedline broadband bill, is it considerable for registered office address proof , in that bill mentioned as a original recipient --Tax Invoice . But when I got resubmission mail , they people mentioned that any private authority and tax paid receipts and any tax invoices not considered as a office address proof .

2. Object Clauses - I entered the Building material manufacturing- non metal , cement bricks and pipes and other cement products also

May I know what is NIC code can I enter in Form 2.
and what are object clauses can I mention in Objects block.
