I HAVE A PRIME CURRENT A/C IN SBI.

HAD THE SAME WITH AXIS TOO, WHICH WAS MADE TO BE CLOSED BY BRANCH HEAD OF AXIS ON SOME UPDATED LIMITATIONS DRAWN BY THE RBI OF LATELY.

NOW, I CANNOT DEPEND ON SBI SOLELY FOR MY BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS.

PLEASE ADVICE HOW I MAY PROPOSE TO RESTART WITH A SECONDARY A/C WITH AXIS

Hi All, My friend is A Chartered Accountant in practice as a Proprietor since last 3 years and he is having a trade name registered with ICAI. Recently I had joined him as a partner without changing the trade name registered with ICAI. My question is if we want to change the trade name now then whether our existing firm with old FRN will get continued or we will get new firm name with new FRN?? Whether my partners proprietorship experience of 3 years will get continued in new firm?? Whether the Experience will count for bank audit empanelment under Partnership Firm?? Kindly suggest me whether I should change my firm name or not?

I have EPF A/C which was started in the year 2018. And my employer deposited epf amount in EPF A/C in the March 2020 last time as lost the job due to COVID-19. After that i am doing temporary job . Kindly let me know should i withdraw such amount or keep it like that ?

I have received a cheque from my client of Rs.2.00 lac payable at HDFC Bank, Tinsukia, Assam Branch. My account is in Central Bank of India, Tinsukia. There was a big fire in Central Bank before 2-3 days. Hence, my bank has refused to accept the said cheque and advised me to deposit the cheque after 10-15 days. Is there any other alternative to encash my above cheque ?

I am one of the trustee of a private unregistered trust, which was created by my father and has two trustees at present. Due to personal issues we are unable to carry out the functioning of the trust and would like to close it. The trust has only one account and we propose to transfer the entire balance in the savings account of the trust to another trust and close the trust account.

Can we do it and are we supposed to advise or report to any authority about such closure. The trust has its own PAN No. & since we are regularly filing the trust IT Returns are we required to report the closure to IT authorities and also surrender the Pan Card.
