I had cleared IPcc Gr. 1 in Nov, 2010 with 220.I didn't appear for may,11 exams. my query is that would i get carry over marks i.e. 20 for my second group or i have to secure 150 for this group.

I wnat to know the method of lending genrally follwed by banks in India regarding working capital financing. We go with an example of a trading concern with a working capital requirement of 50 Lacs and having a projected turnover of Rs.3.00 crores annually. What I understand from Tandon Committee recommendations, that the promoter has to source atleast 25% of total current assets and the rest 75% will be met by Bank Finance and current Liabilities. Now what would constitute TCA. Whether Cash Balance, money at short notices, and other current assets (against which no finance/drawing power is allowed) will not be included in TCA. At our place one bank is including all current assets in TCA, whereas in one of the banks, they are not including all these in TCA. I wnat to know, what is the generally followed lending criteria in this regard. An early reply from respected experts would bve highly appreciated.

I am from Mumbai want to do import/export business. I have full knowledge of the same, but the only problem is i'm lack of finance.

Since last 1&1/2 yr, i'm trying to search for a financier who can invest in my company, as per his terms and conditions such as on interest basis or on partnership or joint venture basis. I've approached several but failed.

Since I do not have the past income proof, nor i'm a tax payer neither I own a house (living in parent's house) therefore even banks do not support for the same.

I had opened company in 2008, i have IEC and Sales Tax no. and a current account.

My requirement is Rs.30-35,00,000/- for the period of 1 year for which I can return the same.

Can you please tell me what should I do to avail finance. As said, we are ready to work as per the financiers terms and condition.

We sincerely wish if someone can help me out of this situation.
