What to do if i have filed application to RTI with Rs.10 Postal Order,but not got any reply.............

You can go to the RTI act and check wat can happen...:P
ok ok....kidding....now see to whom u have written...if he is not responded, u need to write a letter to his authority....if he is also nt replied...go to his boss....till like the time it will go to BOD.
Still no reply received...U need to give copies of all dis correspondence along with postal delivery copy to the Central RTI commission....

I am giving you one case where there was no response from RTI then what happened
No Response of my RTI Application, First Appeal and Second Appeal from Uttar Pradesh Technical University
Hello,
I am strugglinig to get my B.Tech Degree certificate from past 4 years. I went to my college several times but nothing happened. Then last year I heard about RTI act. In the month of Jan-2010 I filed a RTI application and asked U.P university to release my degree and asked few question regarding the process they are following to release a degree certificate. I have not received any response from university on my application till March 2010. After that I filed a First Appeal in the month of April-2010. In response of my first appleal I got a phone call from university, the person who called me has asked me to send a copy of my final year mark sheet to university and he told that after getting the marksheet we will release your degree within 15 days. I sent the copy of my marksheet to university and the same was delivered on 1st May-2010. But till July-2010 neither my degree was released nor i have received any reply from university. Then I have filed a Second appleal in the month of Aug-2010 but till now I have not received any response from university. I have all the proofs that my application ( RTI, 1st Appleal and 2nd Appeal) was delivered by speed post to concerned authorities.
Can any one please help me on this. Is there any thing wrong from my side? Please let me know what else I can do from my side now.
dear abhi , your first appeal was delayed . The FAA might have refused to condone the delay .
2nd appeal is again with delay but it will not be fatal as the delay is not much .
First appeal was to be filed within 60 days from 13.01.2010 .
Wait for the notice of hearing from Commission for at least another 10 days , then you can contact the office of the commission for any inquiries .
But I would suggest meanwhile file another RTI Application with PIO and follow it as per the Act because action at level of Commission may take another few months .
