our establishment is having more than 10 employees and out of ten employees , only five is having a salary below 21000/- rupees . i want to know the only criteria to register under esi act is to see only the no of employees ( means 10 or more ) or i have to full fill both the condition( means 10 employees should have below salary 21000 rupees) .

If multiple partners in firm has not contributed capital as per share holding, do they get share of profit when distribution of revenue NORMALLY or does capital first have to be returned to other partners who have contributed as per shareholding ? What is the order of payments (which one is to be paid first) in a partnership to partners in regards to Capital ? Advances ? Interest ? Renumeration ? Salary ? Profit ?

My building society had made some billing error in my monthly maintenance bill and based on this some amount was wrongly credit to my maintenance bill; as a result my monthly charges got reduced for that month based on this error. I paid the bill as per this new amount mentioned or demanded. In the next month the society noticed the billing error and they corrected this by adding the wrong credit amount given to the current months bill this was accepted. But along with differential amount they charged me interest at 21% for wrong credit given to me by society. Please advice if this is acceptable and can they charge this interest

my question is i am working pune (MH) in a educational institute where the salary is drawn as per 6th pay, now we decided to apply 7th pay to employee from next month, so what will be following 2 persons salary as on today as per 7th pay.

please explain in detailed and is date of joining affect salary though both on same position

1) Basic Pay - 9300 Grade Pay 4300 Date of Joining 15.01.2013

2) Basic Pay - 9300 Grade Pay 4300 Date of Joining 11.05.2018

There has been change in the name of a private limited company on 11/05/2021 i.e. in FY 2021-2022.
Audit has not been done yet for FY 2020-2021. It is supposed to be completed in September 2021.
Question is that whether to prepare audit report & financials for FY 2020-2021 in new name or old name of company?

I am one of the six partners in a partnership firm where two partners are not at all supporting and so we four partners are working on dissolving the firm under section 43. We sent notice to all the partners but we are unable to get the signature of those two dissent partners on the dissolution deed. Could you please let us know how can we proceed forward? Will the registrar accept dissolution deed without all signatures? Can we submit the copy of dissolution notice in place of signatures?

*We availed term loan of 1Cr from Axis Bank in March 2019 for expansion of our chemical plant.
*We made an application for 15 Lakh Central Investment subsidy in March 2020.
*We also completed our expansion during this period.
*In June 2020,we paid entire loan from the earnings of company.
*Recently Axis bank rejected our subsidy claim on the ground that the loan should not have been paid before 3 years.
*Our argument is that it is subsidy on Plant & machineries & it has nothing to do with loan repayment.
Can someone throw light on this?
