I have filed DIN form with ROC to obtain DIN no for Our Director.When i upload form in MCA website it indicated Pre-scrutiny occurred please try again after payment. Then Uploded form again but we got 2 DIN No. Can anyone guide me can a director have more than one DIN?

There are CFP [Certified Finance Planners] & many other foreign-based qualified professionals who offer these services, but there seems to be nothing to stop a practising CA from this function.

Apparently the answer is Yes, since this would fall in domain of finance consultancy, but wanted to confirm.

hey i applied for Ca membership after passing finals in nov 2011 of which results were declared on 18th Jan,2012.. i did not receive any letter nor any certificate from ICAI about my membership number but yesterday received a news letter on which my name and membership number was mentioned along side my residential addresss...
what can be done in this case.
do i need to write to them to confirm me my membership number once as there is no written document which states i have been allotted membership number.
