20 May 2012 i have not got stippend for 4 months, does ca has a right to give or not.

20 May 2012 It is the duty of every CA. Every CA should be pay stippend to his/her article students.

Every Principal engaging an articled trainee shall pay to such a trainee every month a minimum monthly stipend at the specified rates.
A person registered as an articled assistant is entitled to receive a minimum monthly stipend as per the rates specified under the Chartered Accountants Regulations, from time to time.The current minimum rates of monthly stipend payable, depending on the situation of the normal place of services of the articled assistants.

A person registered as an audit trainee is paid a monthly remuneration as specified in clause (5) of Regulation 68.

21 May 2012 Sir,
I have not recieved stipend since joining my internship i.e. from 01-01-2012 till now, and i am from dehradun, so what should i do.
