Hi, I would like to know what happens to a borrower when his main factory is destroyed due to Act of nature? The bank continues to accumulate interest whereas Insurance company is admitting only one third of the amount insured.

I am going to join in listed company and in the last round of recuiting process they asked me about salary certificate and salary slip of at least 3 months and i am unable to produce his these two document.
.1.would u like to suggest me that what should i say or do...
.2.what is the HR policy of listed company they will not appoint any person without these document..
