hello,
I am going to join in listed company and in the last round of recuiting process they asked me about salary certificate and salary slip of at least 3 months and i am unable to produce his these two document.
.1.would u like to suggest me that what should i say or do...
.2.what is the HR policy of listed company they will not appoint any person without these document..

no such hard and fast rule. It depends upon what BOASTING answers you have given at the time of your HR round interview.
