during my first year of articleship i take a transfer during the last month of my first year of articleship but it has been six month i have not submitted or signed with my principal the required forms. now what can i do to save my 6 months of training?
sir, i have completed my one and half year of articleship and now i wants to take transfer from my existing firm.. i want to take transfer to other state but its not sure that i will stay to that state for more than 6 months.. can i take transfer 2 times for the purpose of changing the state??

3) DOESN'T HAVE A REGISTERED OFFICE FOR AUDIT WORK.

I have a Company Incorporated in 2005 in West Bengal. The forms 23AC and 23 ACA has not been filed since 2006-07. As a result the e filing status of the Company in mca website is being shown as Dormant. I want to change the status to Active and file all my documents. Kindly tell me the procedure for the same and in case any attchments is required with any form can I get the format of such attachments.

I just wanted to confirm that whether my form is submitted or not. Also when can i get further communication regarding the same.

should i need to conatct a professional ca as i am just starting my venture.
