Can you Suggest me that which Option shoul;d be select by the Existing IPCC Students,Who already Passed CPT & Done PG.

I had purchased an apartment in bangalore in june 2010 registering for 31 lakhs and paying 240000 as registration + Stamp duty.
Also 400000 were paid towards furniture in apartment.
I have sold the apartment in sept 2012 for 57 lacs.(Sale deed registered for 57 lacs).

Please advice on how i can invest 57 lacs to reduce my short term Capital gain tax.

during my first year of articleship i take a transfer during the last month of my first year of articleship but it has been six month i have not submitted or signed with my principal the required forms. now what can i do to save my 6 months of training?

sir, i have completed my one and half year of articleship and now i wants to take transfer from my existing firm.. i want to take transfer to other state but its not sure that i will stay to that state for more than 6 months.. can i take transfer 2 times for the purpose of changing the state??

1) WHAT IF A CA DOESN'T DO A AUDIT & SIGNED AN UNTALLIED BALANCE SHEET.

2) IF A CA IS THE STATUTORY AUDITOR IN A PVT LTD COMPANY HAVING TRANSACTIONS AROUND 1 CR IN THE SAME ORGANISATION ON HIS & HIS FAMILY MEMBERS NAME.

3) DOESN'T HAVE A REGISTERED OFFICE FOR AUDIT WORK.

DOES ALL THE ABOVE POINTS ARE AGAINST THE CODE OF ETHICS.

I have a Company Incorporated in 2005 in West Bengal. The forms 23AC and 23 ACA has not been filed since 2006-07. As a result the e filing status of the Company in mca website is being shown as Dormant. I want to change the status to Active and file all my documents. Kindly tell me the procedure for the same and in case any attchments is required with any form can I get the format of such attachments.

I am a Law pass out student.I have filled CS(Company Secretary) form this August, but till now i didn't get any confirmation regarding the form submission, I tried help line number on www.ICSI.edu website but none of them worked. I just wanted to confirm that whether my form is submitted or not. Also when can i get further communication regarding the same.
Is there any way i can contact them.
