Can ny1 lemme know the provision of transfer in 2nd Year..
Is it possible by mutual consent of our principal??

as per ICAI norms, transfer is permitted only during 1st year of articleship. for more details refer https://www.icai.org/new_post.html?post_id=4639..it is not permitted by even mutual consent between principal and article.
