I want to know the FDI in Education and Sports, what the percentage and the route to be followed for FDI.

I am working in a audit firm. Our firm consists of three partners. Two of our partner are out of country so could not sign the balance sheet. Now can that single auditor can sign the compulsory audit cases exceeding 45 on behalf of other partners.

My auditor signed in audit firm name instead his original sign.

Please Clarify as soon as possible.

So we have apply new IE Certification but we are receiving one query i.e. Revised ANF 2A as per p.notice no. 16 dt: 20.06.12 not submitted and we have submitted new revised ANF2A form although receiving that query.

Please send Revised ANF 2A form.

i m pursuing cwa and my cwa inter exam due in june 2013,i want to work along side my cwa study,should i work in a ca firm or in an organisation.i want to learn more and more at this point of time,in which field should i remain for getting benefit later on in my career...

I Want to ask whether i should start study? If yes then with which subject? and how ho study as well. I am going to attend few classes as well. Please help I am very confused..

CASE : My firm status as on 01.01.2012 was partnership and I was eligible for Category III. However on Draft MEF the category has been shown as IV (proprietorship).

On 15.03.12 one of the partner has resigned and rejoined on 25.03.12 rendering the firm as Propeietorship for 10 days.Does this effect the Category. I am of the view that status as on 01.1.2012 is to be considered while making the panel. Please forum advise my recourse if any and whether I am correct or not
