FDI is not permitted in education sector.
Also what exactly you mean by FDI in sports sector.

The Business is providing training & coaching of sports in schools etc.
Is FDI possible in that business and how much % and route to be followed.

Through direct root it is possible and there is no restriction on education or sports but in which manner you want is the vital question.

FDI should be permitted in training and coaching for sports , but is NOT permitted in education sector directly.
