I have qualified IPCC and now i am eligible for articleship training. i am already working in a CA Firm since the last two years . Do i have to do articleship? i dont get paid much so looking at my family's financial background I m thinking of doing a job elsewhere , where I would be paid higher so that I can pursue the CA Finals. Is there any way by which i can solve this problem without breaking the rules of ICAI?

Please let me know how to account the expenses made on Registration of Partner ship firm?
The expenses like Stamp duty, Xerox Charges, Conveyance expenses, Fees to the agent.
All this expenses were made before the registration of the firm.

i am a trader in the indian commodity markets. i have a few friends/clients abroad who are willing to invest money.

all that i want to know is that - is it legal for me to trade on their behalf in CFD's forex and other speculative instruments available in the developed markets.

they will be opening the accounts in their name and i will trade on their behalf from india, but i will not be depositing any money in $ to them.
