When Price increases in Market from Rs.100 to Rs. 150, to stabilize the Price if RBI increases Interest Rates,than How do money flows from banks to the market slowing down as money becomes more expensive and people reduce borrowing from Banks?
Can you explain it with a suitable example?

I am providing service as a money transporter in Surat(Gujarat),also having branches in small villages of Bihar, Rajasthan and Madhya-Pradesh; money transporter in that context that we receive money from the labour class or lower class salaried people of Bihar and Madhya Pradesh.And thereafter their families living at the respective villages collect the money deposited by us in Surat.

We receive a very nominal fees from our customers, on which we collect and pay applicable service tax.

Now i am trying to expand this business and provide my customer more services as like funds transfer to their said account,their villages,payment to and make receipt on behalf of my customer..

I will be providing this through my current account held at Bank of Baroda,and in this regard i inquired to my banker.

My banker said that they have no objection unless and untill they are not inquired upon this..

So my query is that is there any provision for providing such intermediary services, such as obtaining a license under NBFC norms, or formation of a company?I want to know the legalized way for expansion? please help me in this regards

i am a PCC student>i have completed my articles and itt training as well.I had also cleared my GROUP 1 of PCC and had written GROUP 2 in nov 2012.Just in case i dont clear that 2nd group, what are or will be the consequences since there is no pcc from may 2013.How would i be able to write the 2nd group(if required) in may 2013 as per IPCC as the subjects of pcc 2nd group are there in both the groups of ipcc and what is the last date of conversion to ipcc

Hi, my query is regarding TDS.The query is that the software company purchases its software from a foreign company, and the software company employees are given Amex cards through which they can make payment for the software on behalf of the software company to the foreign company.So, whether the TDS should be deducted by the employees for purchase of software or not.Which section should apply i.e.section 195 or other and why.
