Hi all
I am chartered accountant working in a state government company as Deputy manager. Now I want to start a consultancy work as part time. Can I apply for COP and do consultancy jobs(Other than statutory audit).

If you are in Government job then it is against the service code as you cannot do practice even for rendering consultancy work on part time basis.
Yes you can do this part time consultancy but you have raise the bills in the name of your wife provided she has some qualification even B. Com or if you have grown up children then in their name billing can be done.
