Mr. X have a property in Lal Dora area, Delhi and wants to transfer this property (Building) to his wife. can he transfer the same property on General Power of Attorney, because if he transfers this thru registered paper so costing would be very high. Approx. 2-3 Lac would be charged by the authority.
So, my query is that General Power of Attorney will be the sufficient documents to transfer the property. Pls advice.

i am working in a education group since Jan 2018 (4 year and 7 months) employer give unnecessary pressure on me, full work load and lower staff policy they are following. now i want quit my job after serving one month notice. if i resigned from my job from 1st Aug. then i will relieve till 31st Aug and my total service will be 4 year and 8 months.
Now my question is that gratuity applicable in that case or not. if not then why?

I intend to sell my apartment for Rs.2 crores and the buyer is offering cash of Rs.60 lacs and the balance in cheque and agrees to register the property for 1.4 crores. I will remit the cash of 60 lacs into  my bank account and declare as sale proceeds and calculate capital gain on total sale value of 2 crores and pay Capital gain tax on the total sale value of Rs.2 crores after indexation. Am I complying with all legal  formalities? The registration department has agreed to  register the flat for  Rs.1.40 crores as per the guideline value of Govt. As a seller Will I encounter any problem with Registration department. Can any one clarify this

In case of Pvt Ltd Co.,Our client have received certain Advances in foreign currency & converted the same in Indian Currency in our books against export of Goods to overseas Buyers.However such export orders have been cancelled & accordingly forfeit the same & considered our income.
Now the query is can we do that, if yes, do we need to inform RBI about the same and is there any procedure for it..?
