( 1. ) I am woriking in limited company depot. Here is no any type of manufacturing only trading. Manufacturing units are in another states. We receive only stock trf or cst purchase. Then here ESI is aplicale or not. Although here are 20 labours work at depot?


( 2. ) Dear sir also confirm that we debit labourer exp in loading & unloading head.
if we enter in Wages or salary head. then PF & ESI are aplicale in same condition or not?

I am a IPCC student registered for IPCC on september itself.I got direct entry so i joined for the articleship also.till now i did not recieved confirmation letter and identity card from the institute.but where i am doing my articleship ,they recieved the letter for thier reference.I think because of address ,i did not recieved the letter.sir please suggest me what i have to do now?can i join for ITT and ORIENTATION without having confirmation letter?
I was supposed to attend May exams.but without completing ITT,I cant write the exam.please help me.

m a cs executive student, hv cleared 1st group in 2010. my problem now is that my registration has expired in oct 2012. so now wat to do , wethr to register again n give both group or do denova registration(if m eligible)..

While Filing Form FC-TRS witd AD bank for trf of Shares from Resident to non Resident, Can anyone send me format for the following
1) Consent letter of Buyer and Seller
2) Certificate indicating Fair valur of shares from a CA
3) Declaration from Buyer that he is eligible to acquire of Shares.
4) No Objection certificate from CA./ Income Tax officer.
