My Father give Rs-500000.00 by A/c payee cheque to a relative in 2008-2009. My father has been expired on 12,december,2009.Above give interest only for 2008-2009.after this period he doesn't give interest or principal amount. I have givee 15G every year for non deduction of TDS. above relative is not asking 15G for F.Y 2012-2013. Now I want to know that may I release my payment with interest from relative with legal way or not.

Please guide me to recover my money .

Dear Sir/Madam I want to do CA Course, iam completed my B.com with 59%, I heard that direct entry for bcom graduates,and when we can do articleship, is it mandatory,

Doubts:
1)first i want to complete my IPCC first group, then only i want to join for articleship,(if its possible)

2)if i register now then when iam eligible for write ipcc exams,

3) after completion IPCC-2 groups then only we are eligible to do aricleship ?

4)if iam complete my IPCC, then when i will be eligible to write CA final and what is expected and proved, time for complete CA final...

please clarify my doubts, iam waiting for your Positive and helpful reply

Hi!!! I'm Prachi Kolambekar, BCom 2012-80%, Student of IPCC under Direct Entry Scheme. I started my articleship on 28/01/2013 whish is required as per ICAI norms to appear for Nov'13 attempt. but I am so frustrated with my office atmosphere and over all experience there. I am very well aware that article's life is not easy. I am ready to wait for more than 8 hrs, happy with the stipend of Rs 3000/- also but my CA(FCA 28yrs) is a very cheap human being. there is no good working condition, no much work too. stipend is even fully paid only if we wait for 9 hrs a day. more over he makes a stupid comments on female articles among male articles. he has taken a signature on paper which states that we can not ask transfer or we can not opt for industrial training' if we do so then we have to pay him a money for his sign. and he is not allowing us to attend GMCS also which falls under ICAI norms.
what should I do yae ??? i am seriously feeling damn helpless. there is moch more tensions over there then i mentioned. Being a Just Graduate there is no much scope in good ca firms also i find. please somebody guide me or suggest me that what should I do???

4.as a articled student what things he should know to become perfect auditor

what are the import websites that the article student should gain knowledge. apart from theory basis practical knowledge in websites like income tax, servicetax excise duty, sales tax vat etc plzzzzzzzzzzzzz clear my doubts as soon as possible

My self is FCA and ICWA, presently doing practice as FCA,now I want to take COP as CWA, let me know should I first surrender COP of FCA and than apply for COP of CWA or first apply COP for CWA after getting so I should surrnder COP of FCA?, pl. explain.
