We are listed on NSE & BSE our share have been put under CALL AUCTION Mechanism and companies shares are stop from tradeing.
My Query is:
1) What is CALL AUCTION Mechanism?
2) What is the purpose of Mechanism?
3) What is the maxmimum period for the Mechanism?

In the securities market, this procedure replaces the method of continuously matching orders. Buyers set a maximum price at which they will buy the shares and sellers set a minimum price at which they are willing to sell the stock shares.
