My articleship started on 22/08/11.
Now i want to take transfer beacuse my principal is not allowing me to take tution for CA finals though i m ready to work 7 hour daily.
His behaviour is also very bad.
On what basis i can take transfer.???
My principal is ready to give transfer.

note: Also the address of office my principal has changed , which is more than 50 km from the older one in Nov-2012.

please help.

This is my second year of articleship. I have no experience of working in industry. From where i can know about the PSU's looking for trainees....there is no such website where we can see the latest advertisements related to Industrial training .

If a person is earning basic salary of Rs 12000/- per month then PT liable to be deducted is Rs 200 p.m except in the month of Feb Rs 300/-.
However in the above case if a person earns Rs 4000/- (i.e deduction on account of leave taken) then whether PT is liable to be deducted Rs 200/- or NIL?

I had raised Query in Expert Penal on 22.05.2013 in G.T.A. under Service Tax but I can't get any reply till date.

Now I wants to know that whether any time limit for such reply or any other way to resolve my Query in CA clubindia ?

If there is any way to close unsolved Query from CA clubindia if no reply from any expert till so much days or any other way out ?
