I'm unable to generate fvu file with latest rpu utility 4.5. Is there something wrong with this utility or any other issue. Please help at earliest.

We are exporters and we would like to export our products to Sri Lanka. As per Nostro Account Export advance Payment and final settlement in INR.

There are only 7 correspondence banks ( AD )are permitted and our bank doesn't have Vostro account.
Importer at Sri Lanka has account with BANK OF CEYLON and corresponding Bank in India is also BANK OF CEYLON at chennai they have approved by RBI for Nostro account.
can you please advise how do we get payments from Corresponding Bank " BANK of CEYLON, chennai to our Bank Account? Kindly clarify

My LLP COMPANY GOT INCORPORATED ON 17.12.2022, And I received all the documents like PAN/ TAN/ DSC.. etc. When I approached the bank and during uploading, they told me the PAN is not validated. Since it's not validated the current account is not operational. We approached NSDL, INCOME TAX, and all went in vain. Kindly let me know whom should we contact. Due to all other registrations like GEM / MSME etc. Kindly guide

i have missed the Q2 TDS return of FY 22-23...i know there will be huge penalties on late filing...can i shift all the data to 3rd qtr to avoid this or can i file return with nil first and then rectify it later (in this case will there be any penalty if we revise?)

We want to know if any person has crossed 60 years of age, he will continue his job and will continue to deduct his PF contribution, is he eligible for pension or not?

He can apply for pension or will apply for pension from PF only after leaving the job.

One of my friend is compiling and editing videos in India and sending them to US based company, and they pay him. He got GST registration and is filing it as export of service under LUT (0 GST). Is this treatment correct? Also, I read somewhere that IEC is not required for export of such services as they are not availing benefits of Foreign Trade Policy. Please guide
