In the above mentioned regulation, it is stated that, .......

"Letter of Resignation by the employee and acceptance thereof by the firm."
This is the required documentation.

Now, if the employer is not ready to provide the counter confirmation of resignation to the Employee (i.e. Acceptance by Firm) and Employee now wants to hold COP. Than What is the Procedure to be followed? As the Decentralized offices of ICAI is asking to the Employee (Member) to furnish the Said letter "Acceptance by Firm".

The term of appointment of Mr. A, WTD Of a Listed Public Company is scheduled to expire on 31st July, 2013, thus, the Board re-appointed him on 20th July, 2013 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the AGM. His appointment is within the provisions of Schedule XIII and thus CG's approval is not required.

My Query:-

a) Which Forms are to filed with the ROC after his appointment made by the Board and thereafter when his appointment will be approved by the members at the AGM.

b) Further when shall his service agreement be drafted i.e after the Board's approval to his appointment or after the member's approval to his appointment?

my articlaship training is started from feb 2012 and my attemp due on nov 2014 can anybody tell me the when i am eligible to take GMCS training from ICAI?

i want to ask that on mca.gov.in it is given that DIN is necessary before name approval of a company, but my question is if a company which is not incorporated yet how can it fill DIN-2, DIN-3. Its given on the site that if you apply for din the you have to fill DIN-2,and company have to fill din-3 in which company informs ROC about the newly appointed director.

now i am in my sixth month of articleship after passing both groups of IPCC. while attempting my IPCC exams i undergone this training for a period of 2 years. starting from 2010. Shall i know more about the procedures?
what are the steps to be taken from my side to make that training period counted to the articleship period
