Dear All.
I received my PAN card 4-5 year earlier.
Last month i again received another pan card with same data (only minor difference of my name & fathers name.
Which and Where I shall surrender my PAN.

Surrender one of the PAN cards by filling up form for changes or correction in PAN data.
Fill up the PAN you want to surrender in serial number 11.
The form along with PAN card is to be submitted with TIN-FC centre of UTI.
