• Sir I have join a IPCC With Direct Entry Scheme I Have Completed My orientation Program On 30/06/2013.And I.T Training Complete On 06/09/2013 But My Article Form In Franking date Is 20/06/2013

1. Which Date My Article Ship Is Start ?
2. Which Period Validity For Franking ?

I have 9 employees in my firm. Additional 3 persons(external - not considered as staff) are helping in marketing area. Currently payment is made to them by cheque. Whether ESI Applicable to them if their payment is below 15000/-. ( Also it is not treated as commission(no TDS is deducted).

If I want to register for logo under any one class, Am i suppose to register separately for name and logo? Like "ABC icecream" and i have logo too. Then Am I supposed to register separately for name and logo?

One of my client has lost his professional tax challan.He pays professional Tax in West Bengal.
Is there any process to get all challan through website or through other means.
