what is TRPS what is the duration to do plz guide me

I have started my articleship in sept. 2012, and Now i have complete 11 months, and looking for transfer.
Acordingly My attempt will be May 2015.
Bt i have taken 4 months leave in first year of articleship. 2 and half month for IPC exams, and other for personal reason.
As this in form 109, it is showing that i have taken leave for 4 months in first year.
Now i want to know, if it is happen, then will it effect on my final attempt of may 2015?
ultimately i want to know, if my principle shows 4 months of leave in transfer form 109, then will mine final attemplt delay??

i am joining job on 11th of septmeber 2013, so i want to surrender my COP.

I want to know should i have to surrender my cop on or before 11th septmeber or can i surrender it after 11th septmeber upto which date?

Why do we assume that there is no lead time for EOQ model?
