A very simple but confusing puzzle. A lady buys goods worth rs.200 from a shop. (shopkeeper selling the goods with zero profit). The lady gives him 1000 rs note. I have got a query regarding tds filing. If tds of quarter1 is remitted in quarter2 can we file tds return in quarter2 or revise quarter1 if its already filed? Can you please mention under which section.
