i hv sent my form 112 5 days beyond specified period along with form 103 with out late fee &icai has askd me to send form 112 once again.now it has been 2 mnths beyond specified period,so should i pay the delay fee of rs.300 & along with request lettr &shall i pay in cash or dd.plz let me know

it is advisable to to pay delay for two months through a demand draft.
