I have query that is there any provisions in ESI act that if any employee falls below the limit of Rs.15000/- in the first half of the year and after that his salary increases the then still ESI will be deducted even if the salary crosses the Limit.

please help me out providing the solution and where i can get the soft copy of ESI act in this regard online?

I have cleared my PCC. Done with my Articleship on may'11. Appearing in May'14 Final exams.
what are the formalities i have to complete like GMCS etc?

Our Company is a subsidiary of an Italian Company.

Now inorder to meet the capital requirements of the Company, we are planning to arrange a term loan from a Financial Institution in India.

Also, we are contemplating to provide security to the FI only in the form of Corporate Guarantee from our parent Company in Italy.

Since extension of guarantee by a NR entity to an Resident Entity falls under Capital Account Transaction as defined in the FEMA, 1999 kindly let me know what are the procedural formalities to be complied with in this regard.
